The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is near a beautiful park where kids can play and burn off some energy. it is reasonably close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. the hotel is also close to the train station and freeway, allowing for easy transportation around the area. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with details such as fruit plates, a well-stocked refrigerator, and a basket of toys provided.

The parking facilities at the hotel could be improved.

Superb hotel with quick access to a train station. The view of the lake was beautiful. We loved everything of our stay there.

Fantastic place to stay and well located close to Zoo, city and the swan river. Room was lovely and bed sensationally comfortable so had a great sleep after a day touring and shopping. For our Christmas stay, we chose a B&B and we loved it. The rooms were always clean and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was always amazing, especially the fresh juice and the variety of food offered. the B&B was located very conveniently for our needs, with easy access to public transportation and key locations.

We did experience a few minor issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak at times and we had trouble connecting some of our devices.

The owners are very accommodating and friendly and I highly recomend their facility.

Helen was an excellent host and made our brief stay most comfortable. They only make one booking at at time which allows you full access to the upper level of the house where we were staying. Superb facility; on par with some of the more expensive hotels, yet a more relaxed "home" feel. We were not able to take advantage of the incredible breakfast menus, but plan to on our next stay.

Amazing value and so close to the city. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would love to return with my family as there are two large bedrooms and seperate lounge area. Breakfast options were plentiful and with lots of choices on the hot menu selection. I settled for smoked salmon on creamy scrambled eggs and english muffin, beautifully presented and served to my own dining table upstairs. I did not need to dress for breakfast making use of the plush robe supplied. Parking was right outside the front door and then a few minutes drive into the city. Beautiful park and lake right over the road with a new adventure playground and bbq's. What not to like?

We recently stayed at this luxurious bed and breakfast and were thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. the location was superb - centrally located near a park for kids to play and within a reasonable distance to both the airport and the freeway. This made it extremely convenient for us to get around and explore the area. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the train station, allowing for easy access to other parts of the city.

We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.
